Sign-In and Contact Sheet:
We are asking everyone to sign in at the meetings so we can keep record of who attends the meetings. We have a new contact form that I (Sarah Bateson) will be sending out through email, please fill out all information and mail back to the address listed. Everyone from our class needs to fill out an alumni contact form.

The 10 Year Reunion Date has been decided…
Our 10 year reunion will be in the summer of 2008. The reunion will be the weekend of August 1-2, 2008. (Friday and Saturday)

How many days and events?
There will be a total of three events.
1.) Friday Night Event
2.) Saturday morning / Afternoon Event for the Families
3.) Saturday Evening Event

Discussed Locations for the events:
Margarita's; The Brickyard; Loft 150; Sedgwick County Park; Jerry's Bar and Grill;

We will be calling these locations and we will make a decision as a group at the August 3rd meeting. The important thing to remember is that we need to find a location that can accomdate all of us.

New Website:
Jennifer Davis volunteered to work on a website for our reunion. When the website is ready we will send out an email. Please fill out the alumni contact form and either email it back to me, or print it off, fill it out and mail it back to the address listed.

Pictures (New and Old)-
Get out your old high school pictures and current pictures; two of our alumni have volunteered to put together a slide show for us… It will be a lot of fun to see new and old pictures. Please get your pictures out now. You can scan them and send them to me (Sarah Bateson) and I will save them to a disk for the reunion.

Next Meeting(Date and Time)-
The Next meeting will be August 3rd, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
